Community Guidelines

These guidelines keep budyz lawful, consensual and respectful. They apply to every listing, message and account, and form part of our Terms of Service.

Zero tolerance. Any content or conduct involving minors, non-consent, coercion or human trafficking is banned without exception and will be removed and reported to law enforcement. This is not negotiable.

Absolute prohibitions

  • No minors. Everyone advertising, depicted, or referenced must be 18 or older. No content that sexualises minors, and no "teen/young-looking" framing designed to imply otherwise.
  • No trafficking or coercion. Every advertiser must act freely and on their own behalf. Third parties may not post on behalf of a controlled person.
  • No non-consensual content. Do not upload images or videos of anyone without their consent, including "revenge" or hidden-camera content.
  • Nothing illegal. Do not advertise or solicit anything unlawful where you or the viewer are located.

Content rules for advertisers

  • Only upload media you own or are licensed to use, depicting only consenting adults who agreed to its publication.
  • Listings must be honest — no misleading photos, stolen images, fake identities or bait-and-switch.
  • No contact details, prices or content that break the law or these guidelines.
  • Respect the media limits shown in your dashboard (photo and video size/length caps).

Behaviour

  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
  • No spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to move users to fraudulent off-platform schemes.
  • No impersonation of other people, agencies or of budyz staff.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, scrape the platform, or abuse the technical infrastructure.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend and permanently ban accounts that breach these guidelines — at our discretion and, for serious matters, without prior notice. Where the law requires or safety demands, we cooperate with and report to the relevant authorities.

If you see something that breaks these rules — especially anything involving a minor or coercion — report it immediately on our Content Removal & Reporting page. Reports can be made confidentially.
