Terms of Service

1. What budyz is

budyz is an online advertising and information directory. We provide a platform on which independent adult service providers ("escorts") and agencies may publish profiles and promotional listings, and on which visitors may browse those listings and subscribe to premium access. budyz is not an escort agency, does not employ, represent, manage or control any advertiser, and is not a party to any arrangement, communication or transaction between users. We do not arrange, offer or provide escorting, companionship or any sexual service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if greater).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Advertisers must be at least 18 and must lawfully be entitled to advertise the services they list.
• You must not be barred from using the platform under any applicable law or a prior suspension.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for breach of these terms or the Community Guidelines.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

By publishing a listing you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 or older and every person depicted in your content is 18 or older;
• You own or are licensed to use all photos, videos and text you upload, and have the consent of every person depicted;
• Your listing is accurate and not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws;
• You will not advertise, imply or solicit anything illegal, including human trafficking, coercion, or services involving minors.

You grant budyz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

5. Prohibited conduct

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In particular, content or conduct involving minors, non-consensual activity, human trafficking, or any other illegal act is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

6. Subscriptions, fees and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, tiers and durations are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; by paying you also accept their terms. Subscriptions grant access for the period purchased and, unless stated otherwise, do not renew automatically. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect a subscription already paid for.

7. No verification guarantee

Any "verified", "featured" or "premium" label reflects budyz's internal review process only and is not a guarantee of any advertiser's identity, safety, legality or the accuracy of their listing. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk. Always exercise caution and good judgement.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, budyz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, content or conduct of any user or third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify budyz against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these terms or any law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove any account or content, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms or the law, or to protect users or the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
